Dr. Kerry Bowman, Bioethicist, Conservationist, and President of the Canadian Ape Alliance, will introduce the film. A thoughtful discussion will follow the film with special guest Nick Wright, Executive Director of Animal Justice Canada. Filmmaker Liz Marshall and protagonist Jo-Anne McArthur will be in attendance.

July 4 | 3:30PM: A Q&A following the film with very special guest Barbara Cartwright, CEO of the Canadian Federation of Humane Societies (CFHS). Ms. Cartwright has more than 18 years of experience as a professional advocate for animal welfare, conservation, and humane education. Her work has spanned over Africa, Australia, North America and Europe. She will join Filmmaker Liz Marshall and protagonist Jo-Anne McArthur for a thoughtful discussion following the film.
